Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed April 28, 2022 found that Ekidzcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a federal recertification survey conducted on February 18, 2022.

An offsite follow-up survey completed April 28, 2022 found that Ekidzcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted February 18, 2022.
